French language losing more ground

C'est le titre d'un article dans le Globe and Mail, ce matin.

There really are only two languages in the world. English and everything else. French is a very small portion of the "everything else".

How does a country justify building French schools(outside of Quebec), when they are such a small minority, and no longer represents Canadian society?
